HOW TO BOOK YOUR PAINT PARTY LIVE!

  1. Choose Your Venue: Home, office, backyard, or local venue
  2. Select Your Date: Finalize your 2026 date and guest list
  3. Secure Your Spot: Full payment is required at booking
  4. Confirmation: We will contact you within 24–48 hours to finalize the details. (Check your spam folder!)
  5. Let’s Paint! We arrive 1 hour early for setup and lead your group through a vibrant masterpiece. 

Note: Please check your Spam Folder if you don't hear from us within 48 hours, or message us directly.

Important Event Requirements:

  • Booking Payment: Full payment is required to secure your date
  • Space Requirements: Hosts must provide tables, seating, and lighting. Space must be accessible 1 hour prior to the event

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • Final Headcount: Due 7 days prior to the event. No refunds for no-shows
  • Cancellations (Less than 7 Days Notice): No refunds as supplies are prepared in advance. We offer a one-time reschedule credit valid for 90 days
  • Weather: If we cancel due to unsafe Arizona weather (monsoons/flooding), you receive a full refund or immediate reschedule

INDIVIDUAL DUAL HOME KITS:

Want to paint at your own pace or send a gift to a loved one? Individual DIY kits for this specific design are available! Each kit includes a pre-outlined canvas and all the supplies needed to create your masterpiece at home.

  • Peak & Holiday Seasons: To accommodate strict event deadlines, our processing shifts to an expedited 3–5 business days.

SHIPPING EXPECTATION:

  • We ship from Arizona
  • Standard nationwide shipping typically takes 3–5 business days once handed over to the carrier.
  • Important: Please calculate your expected delivery date by adding both our current Production Timeline + Shipping (3–5 days) to ensure your order arrives safely before your event.
