SHIPPING DELIVERY POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- All items at Simply Aloha On The Go are handcrafted with care. Please review our shipping timelines before placing your order to ensure your items arrive in time for your celebration.
PRODUCTION AND PROCESSING TIME:
- Standard Custom Orders (Off-Peak): Please allow 7–10 business days for handcrafting before your order is shipped.
- Graduation & Peak Busy Seasons: To accommodate strict event dates, processing shifts to an expedited 3–5 business days. A 3-day minimum notice is required for all custom graduation orders.
- Rush Delivery Fee: If you need your order rushed outside of our scheduled capacity, a +$25 rush charge will apply (subject to availability and calendar openings).
- Hardware Note: For framed items and signs, hardware/handles arrive unattached to protect the wood from damage during shipping. Quick and easy assembly is required (screws included).
SHIPPING EXPECTATION:
- We ship nationwide from Peoria, Arizona.
- Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days once handed over to the carrier.
- Important: Please calculate your expected delivery date by adding both our current Production Timeline + Shipping (3–5 days) to ensure your order arrives safely before your event.
HOLIDAY CHRISTMAS SEASON: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We highly recommend ordering prior to DECEMBER 1st to ensure your order arrives before CHRISTMAS. Due to high seasonal volume and carrier delays, we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery for orders placed after this date.
SHIPPING & RESPONSIBILITY:
Please take estimated delivery windows into account before purchasing. All shipping times are estimates. Simply Aloha On The Go is not responsible for carrier delays, severe weather disruptions, or lost/stolen packages once an item has been handed over to the carrier and left our shop.

Once your order is packaged and shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via the email address provided at checkout.
LOCAL PICK-UP:
- Arizona customers may select the "Pick-up" option at checkout to waive shipping fees. Please wait until you receive an official "Ready for Pick-up" notification via email or text before arriving at our Peoria location.
BACK ORDER:
In the rare event that raw materials or specific items go on back order, we will process and ship your completed product as soon as the inventory becomes available.
