RETURN POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL

At Simply Aloha On The Go, every single item is handcrafted specifically for you. Because of the custom, personalized nature of our products, we strictly do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

  • All Items Are Final Sale: This includes custom leis, personalized apparel, hand-finished wood signs, and DIY kits.
  • No Exceptions: We do not offer refunds, store credits, or exchanges for change of mind, event cancellations, or incorrect sizing/color choices made at checkout.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

We take great pride in our craftsmanship, but we recognize that accidents can occasionally happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please follow these steps:

  • 48-Hour Window: You must email us at simplyalohaonthego@gmail.com within 48 hours of the carrier's marked delivery time.
  • Required Proof: Your email must include your order number, along with clear, well-lit photos of the damaged item and the original shipping packaging.
  • Important: Review requests made after the 48-hour delivery window has passed will not be eligible for replacement or review.
