• Pricing: $45 per painter, with a minimum booking of 10 painters ($450 total). Each additional painter is $45.
• Travel Fees: Additional fees may apply depending on your Arizona event location.
• Adult Canvas: 11×14 inches
• Kids' Canvas: 8×10 inches
• 2 Hours of Guided Painting: Fun, beginner-friendly instruction
• Painting Supplies: Pre-sketched canvas, acrylic paints, brushes, and disposable aprons
• Setup & Cleanup Included: We arrive approximately 1 hour before your event
• Arizona Mobile Service: We travel to your event location!

• Choose Your Party Size: Private paint parties start at $450 for 10 painters. Additional painters are $45 per person.
• Select Your Venue: Home, office, church, or private event location.
• Choose Your Preferred Date: Provide your requested event date.
• Reserve Your Event: Full payment is required to secure your booking.
• Booking Confirmation: We will contact you within 24–48 hours to confirm event details and discuss your painting design.
• LET'S PAINT! We arrive approximately 1 hour before the scheduled party to prepare your creative experience!

Important Event Information

• Payment: Full payment is required to reserve your event.
• Venue Requirements: The host provides tables, chairs, adequate lighting, and venue access at least 1 hour before the event.
• Final Headcount: Must be confirmed at least 7 days before your event.
• Arizona Travel: Please confirm travel availability and any applicable fees for your event location.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• No-Shows: No refunds for guests who do not attend.
• Cancellations Within 7 Days: No refunds because supplies are prepared in advance. A one-time rescheduling credit is available for use within 90 days.
• Unsafe Arizona Weather: If we cancel due to unsafe conditions such as monsoons or flooding, you may receive a full refund or reschedule.
