Subscription & Cancellation Policy

At Simply Aloha On The Go™, we want to make our subscription service as clear and easy as possible. This policy outlines how our subscription plans work so you can join our community with confidence.

SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

  • Monthly Subscription: Your plan automatically renews on the same day each month.
  • 3-Month Subscription: Your plan automatically renews every three months on your original sign-up date.
  • 6-Month Subscription: Your plan automatically renews every six months on your original sign-up date.

You can manage or change your subscription at any time through your account portal.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that things change, and you may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must submit your cancellation request at least 14 days before your next scheduled renewal date. This allows our team sufficient time to process the change before your next box is prepared for shipping.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the curated nature of our surprise boxes and the costs of creation and shipping, we do not offer refunds once a box has been billed or shipped. If your box arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
