To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must submit your cancellation request at least 14 days before your next scheduled renewal date. This allows our team sufficient time to process the change before your next box is prepared for shipping.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the curated nature of our surprise boxes and the costs of creation and shipping, we do not offer refunds once a box has been billed or shipped. If your box arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
