HOW TO BOOK YOUR PAINT PARTY LIVE!

  1. Choose Your Venue: Select a location where you'd like your paint party to happen (your home, office, backyard, etc.).
  2. Date & Time: Select your 2026 date and finalize your guest list.
  3. Submit the Form: Fill out our booking form below. We will contact you within 24-48 hours to finalize the details.
  4. Secure Your Date: Due to high demand for the New Year, we recommend booking early!
  5. Confirmation: Once confirmed, we’ll help you prep the space for a seamless event.
  6. Let’s Paint! We arrive 1 hour early for setup and lead your group through a vibrant masterpiece..

Important Event Requirements:

  • Travel Fee: A $150 non-refundable travel fee applies to all off-site events to secure your date.
  • Space Requirements: Hosts must provide adequate tables, seating, and lighting. Space must be accessible 1 hour prior to the event start time.
  • Group Minimums: We require a 10-painter minimum for adult events.
  • Please contact us to discuss details of your event.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • Final Headcount: Due 7 days prior to the event. No refunds for no-shows.
  • Cancellations (7+ Days): Full refund of the per-person art fee.
  • Cancellations (Less than 7 Days): No refunds (supplies are prepared in advance). We offer a one-time reschedule credit valid for 90 days.
  • Less than 7 days notice: No refunds (supplies have already been prepared). We will offer a one-time reschedule credit valid for 90 days.
  • Weather: If we cancel due to unsafe Arizona weather (monsoons/flooding), you receive a full refund or immediate reschedule.
